    Directions

    Step 1

    取出100克虾肉切粗粒备用,将其余的虾肉加入肥肉、鸡蛋、玉米粉搅打至幼滑。 Set aside 100g shrimp meat and blend the remaining shrimp meat with pork fat, egg, cornstarch until smooth.

    Step 2

    加入切粒的虾仁粒、蒜碎,小辣椒和九层塔,搅拌均匀。Add the diced shrimp, minced garlic, bird's eye chilies and Thai basil. Mix well.

    Step 3

    取一米纸,均匀地铺上一层薄薄虾肉馅。Take a sheet of rice paper and evenly spread a thin layer of the shrimp mixture.
